During the 5 hour session, Merton will share over 20 years of professional experience as a certified educator and a top makeup artist, including his passion for makeup products, his methodology and tricks of the trade. Learn how to take a more artistic approach while Merton shows you how to create 2 of his signature bridal looks - Bridal Glam and a bold lip makeup look with fresh glowing skin . Merton will also share with you the elements on how to become a successful makeup artist and how to stand out in the industry by creating content that helps your business grow and capture the attention of potential clients. This class will have you refining your skills and learning how to put your best foot forward to run a thriving bridal business. Merton's masterclass is a hands on workshop. Merton will demonstrate two of his signature bridal makeup looks. First, a Beautiful fresh and glowing bold lip bridal look. Then transitioning into a long wearing glam bridal makeup look - in a 2.5hr tutorial. Makeup artists then practice a look on their model for 2.5 hours to refine their technique, while Merton provides further guidance and teachings. Artist then learn to take photo's of their creations to create content for their social media.

Workshop Details:
Duration: Approx 5hrs (2.5 hour tutorial + 2.5 hour practical masterclass)
What to bring: Makeup kit, makeup brushes, someone to work your magic on (A model or friend), camera, notebook, stationery, makeup chair (Melbourne, Sydney & Perth attendees only), creativity, humour, and professionalism.
Light refreshments and snacks provided on the day.
Every participant will receive a goodie bag valued at just over $100 to take home to enjoy.
- Start time: 10am Sharp
- 10am- 11:30pm 1.5hr look and learn- 1st Look: Fresh Glowing Skin & Bold Lip
- Morning break: 11:30- 11:45 (15 mins)
- 11:45pm to 1:00 -1hr Look and lean- 2nd Look: Bridal Glam
- Afternoon break : 1:00pm to 1:30pm (30min)
- Your model to arrive at 1:30pm for an afternoon hands on practical session
- 1:30pm to 3:30 Artist get to work their magic.
- 3:30 Artists learn to take photos of their work for social media.
- Class Ends between 4pm - 4:30pm
