At STUDIO.KIT, each product is thoughtfully designed with artists in mind, crafted to bring ease, organisation, and efficiency to your kit. Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Due to hygiene considerations, we aren’t able to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for change of mind or ordering errors. Detailed descriptions and measurements are provided to help you choose with confidence.

Guidelines for Returning Faulty Items
Branding Transition
STUDIO.KIT is currently completing a re-brand from MM Artistry. Some product have been over-branded to responsibly use exiting stock (DIY Compact Magnetic Palette & Brush Case & Easel). Product design, materials and quality remain unchanged. This does not affect product functionality and is not considered a fault.
Brushes
Some loss of dye or bristles is normal with natural fiber brushes, particularly during initial washes. This is due to the blending of natural hair fibres and will not affect the brush’s performance.
Excessive bristle loss—such as all fibers detaching from the ferrule—or the ferrule separating from the handle may indicate a manufacturing defect. If you encounter such an issue, please contact us to report it.

- Faulty Items: If a defect is confirmed, individual faulty items will be replaced.
- Brush Sets: If an entire brush set is defective, the full set will be replaced.
- Items with damaged display boxes caused by postal handling are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Returns are not offered for misuse of brushes or products. Please follow the provided care instructions to ensure longevity.
- Claims related to defective brushes or products must be made within 48hrs of the purchase date.

- Orders are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Flat rate shipping: $12 AUD, including tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Free shipping for orders over $80 AUD.
- Delivery time: Up to 7 business days.
International
- Flat rate shipping: $50 AUD, including tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Free shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
- Delivery time: Approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on the destination.
- Local duties and taxes may apply. We are not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs.
